We had pre booked tickets, the room was full to over capacity.
Families were seperated! The experience was horrible.
It was not the fault of the staff it was managers above who knew they were over capacity!
I will ensure my friends and family are aware of the negative experience we had. As for VIP this was the total opposite. An extremely unpleasant experience.
