It's was a very very poor visit. Getting to the lounge and to be told it was full and to call back in an hour or to make a claim to have a refund , this wasn't the ideal start to holiday for me and my family.
I then called back an hour later to be told we can come in if we can find a seat.
So I am giving a score of very poor
