When I got to the lounge the food baskets were empty - offer not great pasta in tomato sauce all dried up - no chees biscuits or crisps - customers were having to ask for items to be refilled.
Two ladies were trying to clean tables and looked very unhappy - not enough staff on duty sprang to mind
