We paid for an executive service , what we got at Birmingham was a shabby area , (the furniture was worn and tired and the area was generally not clean) which was very busy , the fact that it was busy did not puty me off , alot of people were looking for (as we were) something extra , however the staff looked overworked and overstretched.
Overall a dissappointing experience that wasn,t upto the extra cost, having experienced a few 'executive' levels of service my view is that they are out of touch with today i.e. they a re living in a past were a few are able to afford the service , today actually many people are able to afford the service and are expecting a higher standard than they are experiencing
