Didn’t even get chance to stay in the lounge as Received an email saying it was not opening on the times I had booked was told to ask for a refund that was on the 16/08/21 and have still not received my refund it is now the 31st august was informed that money would be refunded back to my account I think it’s a disgrace that I am still waiting for my refund not very good customer service
