We would love to be able to give you our opinion but when we turned up at your lounge in Gatwick we were told it was closed due to lack of customers even though we had booked and paid! We were also told we should have received an email advising us of the closure which in fairness we did but not until 24 hours after the event! I think your customer service is non existent and your care for customers abysmal! Thanks for the 20% discount offer on our next booking but rest assured we won’t be using it!
