Absolutely awful!! We turned up for our booking at Gatwick airport at 11.15 only to find that the lounge closed at 09.30!! I emailed the customer services on the 26th August and to date, the 8th September, I am still awaiting a response!! If I treated my customers like this I would already be out of business!!
