The service was appalling. We were not shown where our reserved table was and had to wander round the lounge for sometime. We had a party of 5 and were expected to use a low style coffee table for eating. The menu was very limited and had no information or anything suitable for someone with a dairy allergy. Staff very unhelpful when asked for more information. I was told the scrambled egg cannot be made with soy milk as it comes prepacked and is just heated up. We left after 5 mins as it was so poor. The whole experience cost £150 for our party of 5. We felt unwelcome, second class and ignored. My daughter was left very upset. I strongly advise the Aspire team to provide allergy information on the menu before someone is seriously ill. I also advise customer service training and clearer information.
