The lounge was clean and quiet. The staff were unhelpful and seemed rather annoyed at being there. They ran out of ALL Vodka Food was extremely basic, cold and they ran out of egg at 7am and advised us they were waiting on a delivery so there would be no more that day. After 2 of our party contracted COVID two days before departure, I received a full refunded for these two from TUI and contacted Executive lounges to arrange a refund. I had to chase 3 times, to be told that they think 5 people (4 actually did) checked into the lounge. I’m still chasing 3 weeks later for 1 persons refund despite offering copious evidence. Poor service, I will not return.
