The longe itself was just ok with food and drinks available however staff have no Custer service skills and were extremely unhelpful in assisting us. I needed wheelchair assistance to get through gatwick and when the wheelchair didn't turn up we had to ask at least six times if it was on its way even with our gate detailed as' closed' we kept getting fobbed off rather than staff taking the time to look into it for us! Eventually someone took us seriously enough to look into it and we were the last people on the plane! I would never use this lounge again and certainly would not recommend it.
