My friend & i checked into the Aspire Executive lounge Birmingham around 12:45 on the 20th September, we were asked to scan the code that was on the table & order everything on the App! We are not that good with these phones & apps so it took us a while to sort it out. As it was waiter service only it took a while to get our order, we had 4 glasses of wine each & was told we were not allowed any more drinks as we had reached the limit???? We had paid £26 each to relax & chill before our holiday as it has been so stressful with the current climate. I doubt we will be booking the lounge again.
