Unfortunately, the lounge was full to capacity. Lounge should have been bigger to accommodate the size of potential travellers. Non-lounge users benefit from more extra free private space outside relative to lounge users.
Secondly, the windows do not have shade protection against sun rays so some of the available seats are not usable in good weather.
However, on a plus note, the employee working at the front desk was friendly and courteous.
