The particular lounge I visited closed very early for those getting evening flights. What is more, the staff were even making it clear they wanted us out 40 minutes before closing. Come on, don't specify a closing time if you really want to close long before that. Staff not so welcoming - especially at reception. Isn't the idea of such a lounge to allow you to relax? Maybe not.
Choice of food/snacks very poor. No newspapers or magazines.
Sorry but this outfit has a lot to learn. Not even worth one star. Wish I'd put the money towards a nice meal instead.
