I booked the lounge in Newcastle for 30th September and I received an email 2 weeks prior to say my booking was cancelled as the lounge was not open. It was disappointing as very few restaurants were open in the airport on the date. I still need to transfer it to another date. Prior to the pandemic I have visited on many occasions and enjoyed the experience
