The lounge was comfortable and clean, however, the cooked breakfast options were never all available at the same time. We were assured they are cooked fresh but if you have to wait 10 minutes for a sausage to complete your meal whilst the rest goes cold on your plate, it’s not much comfort. Some of the staff seemed inexperienced but the senior member made assumptions about an empty cup being ours when it wasn’t and was rude in his demand we pass it over. I’m happy to help clear others people’s dishes but ask nicely.
The internet in the lounge didn’t work so we had to use the usual airport wifi. Overall, not the best experience I have ever had and I’m not sure it was worth the money.
