Short visit due to lounge closing at 13.00pm, but service was excellent.
Very disappointed though as we have been promised a refund of £18.00 from original booking which was for AspirePlus Lounge.
Would appreciate this being sorted as from reading reviews we aren’t the only ones waiting for refunds!!!!!
