This was the first time I have visited this particular lounge and to be honest I will not be booking again. It feels small and very cramped even though it was not too busy. The food was not replenished quickly at the buffet and had run out and cutlery was no where to be seen. No staff about to request cutlery. Ordered a sausage bap as there was no butter on the bap which was hard as if it was stale. Disappointed that the toilets are outside of the lounge area.
Not a great experience to the start of my holiday .
