Worst lounge experience ever. We normally get a paid for airport lounge and this visit may mean we don’t again. The food arrived Luke warm, it was a challenge to find a seat, the buffet selection was not only limited but also barely filled so when I did try and get something it was pretty much unavailable ie cheese for the biscuits. The staff were friendly enough. We had preordered a gin drink as my wife likes them and was told they do not even offer it there. When we booked we hadn’t realised we only had a 2 hour slot - we contacted to find out if we could extend etc and never received a response. We travel normally two to three times a year and would book any other lounge after this experience.
