The lounge ,was very small, it was very busy, the staff were not helpful. I had paid for Prosecco, barman wouldn’t initially give it me
The food was very poor and cold.
This was meant to be a treat for my husband as it was his birthday.
Would never use this lounge again. Get better service using the usual bars and shops at Heathrow.
