I can’t tell you how disappointed our visit to the Birmingham Aspire Lounge was on 16 October 2021. For starters the staff were confused and disorganised. We could not get in and we were not the only ones! The guest reservation forms the staff had were clearly incomplete and so they could not identify our reservation. I had an email from Aspire Lounges but no booking reference but I could show my bank statement and the payment for the exact amount to Swissport but could I convince the staff to let us in. Well yes but only after having to escalate to a manager and 40 minutes later. Once in the food and drinks were not of a quality and standard I would have expected. Portions were small choices very limited and service extremely poor. You would have been better off going to the airport bar and ordering lunch. It would have been half the price and 10 times better. I want my money back.
