Obviously being new it was very impressive building/lounge but it was badly let down by the staff/service. We arrived at lounge at approx 6 45am. There was a queue at the bar and no staff member to be seen. We waited a good 10mins for someone to turn up and start to serve the queue and I informed that member of staff that there had been no bacon sandwiches available during the 15 mins we had been in lounge. She said she would have a word and they arrived 10 mins later. So it took 25 mins after entering the lounge to get a bacon sandwich. As soon as bar queue was served the staff would disappear and quickly another queue would build up with no one there to serve them
Shame the service badly let down the lounge
