When we arrived we were not greeted with a good morning or anything. The lady inside was not very pleasant. In the relaxing rooms none of the televisions worked. I asked for
de-caff coffee and was advised none was available. The toilet can be used only if you pay £20 for use of the shower otherwise you had to go outside to use it.
