The staff were helpful and attentive.
The only reason I booked this particular lounge was so that I could relax on the lounge chairs in front of the floor to ceiling windows prior to my flight, however I was told that I could not sit in that location due to “staff shortages”. The main advantage of this lounge is the runway view and this was not available despite it being the selling point of the lounge. I was very disappointed.
