We had issues even being allowed entry, the very sour faced receptionist was not at all helpful. Despite being able to show her our confirmation email.
Once we were finally allowed in, it was impossible to find a seat. We did ask the receptionist where we were meant to sit, but she really wasn't interested. The lounge is clearly being over booked.
Once we did finally find a seat, the lukewarm buffet was certainly not worth the money we paid. I wouldn't book the lounge again. I have emailed to complain and have not had the courtesy of a reply
