Compared to previous VIP lounges which I have visited which tended to be self service, frankly I was disappointed. After 10 minutes without any hot buffet I asked reception where this was, admittedly within a further 10 minutes a plentiful supply arrived, but these were soon gone as it appeared the rest of the lounge had the same thoughts.
I had to ask for a drink from the bar as there wasn't someone readily available. Whilst the intention wasn't to 'get my money's worth' I would think twice in the future about booking again.
