Always been a user of no1 lounges as it’s the best way to start your holiday.
But this time was very disappointing.
I understand these are still covid times but your description on the website still reads like you’re fully open for business as usual when you are not
The staff were rude
The lounge was filthy
And the food option was a breakfast bap with bacon or sausage that came out dry, Un-buttered stone cold and frankly quite stale.
We were then told we had to pay again for any other food we wanted
So we paid nearly £40 each for 1 dry roll and 1 drink that we had to wait 20 minutes for because it was so busy and only 1 person on bar
We would have gotten more value for money in the concession downstairs
