We have used Swissport / Serviceaire before and have found it a very relaxing enviroment when one has a 3hr check in and a long haul flight ahead,
This time however we were slightly disappointed with the refreshments available,no hot food ,croisants .bacon rolls etc
We had never before met / realized that young children were allowed into the area therefore disturbing the ambience.
Moving furniture so that people can make a makeshift bed to take a nap in,
