Lounge was very busy with only one table available to seat us. Table wasn't clean, there was a spoon stuck to the out side of the chair. Very dated and in need of redecoration and new chairs.
The mini Bacon rolls were good and fresh.
The lady at reception who greeted us wasn't in the best of moods. She missed the fact that we preordered a bottle of prosecco and the lady at the bar was obviously not happy about this.
Liked the idea of using the lounge but this particular lounge fell below our expectations.
