Very poor crowded “space” - we asked for a refund as we could not get seats ( they were still selling access at the door)
Suddenly they opened reserved space that we were told was closed to customers.
Food was mediocre undercooked and tasteless even though we had too order online on arrival.
Staff I felt could not cope with volume
Not a patch on the quality that was there before lockdown
Wrote to client service (again)but still no response
