No Staff visible in the lounge, they were all in the kitchen and it was difficult to get their attention when we needed something.
Very sterile environment, frequently disturbed by other guests who were checking in to the wrong lounge, as well as airport staff who were filling their water bottles from the water dispenser.
No real difference in quality of food, drink or facilities compared with the standard lounge. Definitely not worth the extra money. Disappointing.
