I booked the lounge on Thursday 29 October for a stop over on the night of Friday 30th.
I never received a confirmation email. I contacted you about this, but didn't get a reply in time.
I noted down my booking reference and the receipt number, but when I showed this, along with my passport, to the check in desk of the lounge, I was told I needed the email confirmation and without it they would not allow me in.
I had to spend 6 hours in the airport in the middle of the night.
I wrote to you to tell you about this and ask for a full refund, but I am still yet to have a reply. This is terrible service that keeps getting worse.
I demand a full refund. I want the money back on my card and I want a response to my email.
