Very understaffed. The beds with the view of the runway were filthy with crumbs everywhere. You don't expect that from a 'VIP' lounge so to be honest I was very disappointed. On a plus side the bacon rolls were always kept stocked up but at a price of waiting times for a drink and general cleanliness. I fly often from Manchester but I doubt I will use the lounge again.
