Unclean, dirty floors and tables, serviettes lying on the floor, Uninterested staff wandering around doing nothing. Food and drinks area unclean and inadequate. Receptionist didn't speak any of the 4 scandinavian languages or English or know what an online booking receipt was.
Absolutely awful visit that I deeply regret booking.
