Very busy at times with limited seats to cope with demand. Lounge was ok - good selection of food and drinks. Receptionists loud and unprofessional when you just want to relax before the flight.
Toilets need a refurb! All in all, OK for the money if you get a seat - experience scored lower against my expectations. Still better than being sat in the main area of T2.
