Very poor rude .we were greater by a very unprofessional receptionist, even asked to seeing my boarding pass with no title as Mr...just saying my surname. In the lounge the furniture is very the furniture is very tiried and worn and all on top of each other with no privacy at all. The food and beverage offer was very poor. I would not recomed this lounge and certainly should not be under the banner as executive lounge.
