Honestly, it was 'ok' - no more than that. Food was good but, lack of seating and what was there was cramped. The lounge looked a bit untidy with all the open storage of boxes beneath the exposed stairs. I didn't like the fact that you were expecting £20 extra over the entry cost for the showers ("out of order" when I visited) - this charge was not clear in your website or in the booking form. I also was not a fan of you not having bathrooms inside the facility.
As I say, overall, 'OK' but lots and lots of areas for improvement - good to have a non BA lounge for those of us with non BA frequent flyer membership but, if there were other options, I think you will face stiff competiton based on the above.
