Disappointments:
- lounge facilities were very limited (no toilets in the lounge)
- showers available, but only at extra charge (I didn't use them in the end)
- layout and atmosphere very utilitarian; not particularly welcoming or pleasant
- bar staff unprofessional
Positives:
- good range of complimentary drinks
- food was good
