1- the websites were 'deceiving' and misleading causing me financial losses and poor quality shopping experience
2- Aspire Lounge and Heathrow shops and Heathrow Terminal 5 must improve the hygiene conditions
3- Heathrow and all airports must make the shopping and travel experience clear simple easy welcoming hospitable warm proper and respectful and humane
