I booked this the night before. I only found out after making the payment that I would need to be able to print off the pass or (according to FAQ) would not be admitted. I then tried to 'phone, only an answer phone asking me to call back or contact them online.Tried and the e-mail bounced back!!
The good news is that when I got there there was no one on the desk so I went in and made use of the lounge.
I have to say that my time there was pleasant and would possibly use again.
A good supply of newspapers and good snacks and drinks a bit short on comfortable seating but on the whole it was adequate.
Just a shame that the night before, when I needs customer service there was none available.
