Overall a satisfactory experience with good range of snack food and hot and cold beverages. The facility was always busy so the experience wasn't as relaxing as I thought it may be. As it was so busy, the tables weren't cleared as quickly as they should have been with a number of people having to sit at 'dirty tables'. There did seem to be plenty of staff around but not all were interested in being proactive in terms of clearing up.
I suggest a more responsive approach to busy periods - perhaps greater organisation and effective supervision required!
