This was probably the worst lounge I have ever been in. The floor was dirty, toilets smelt. Very poor selection of drinks and serious lack of food. The website was very misleading. No child high chairs.....the list goes on and on.
You shouldn't have the right to call that a lounge and if I hadn't pre booked and had a child to feed (on my lap I might add) I would have walked out immediately.
