Totally disgusted with the lack of customer services skills...
I (thankfully!) had pre-booked online, so was able to gain access after a few harsh, short words to other persons trying to gain entry into the lounge using their cards! There were no apologies offered, just a rude, sharp comment of....If you read your terms and conditions you will realise you do not have guaranteed access! In all my years of people at front of house, this was one of my worst experiences of watching someone doing their job...incompetently! Very rude and aggressive!
I will never frequent this lounge again.
