Arrived at 11am, no newspapers, littered and dirty tables, poor selection of snacks, dirty cutlery.
Don't think will bother in the future as the cost does not seem any longer to good value for the service. I have always used the lounges before so have a good benchmark of how the should appear to guests.
I have never had to submit such a poor review.
