Hi
We checked in and made our way to your lounge, after walking around for 15minutes we had to make do with sitting on the floor till a table or chair became available.
After 1.30 minutes approximately we managed to find a seat, we were not the only customers who had to do this and I found the whole episode extremely frustrating.
