Receptionists were unprofessional - I don't want to know that they need a wee.
Overcrowded - Too much seating crammed in. Passengers stepping over people to find seats.
Very few power points for charging items.
Food selection was poor - squeezed out of a plastic wrapper.
Flights info screen not working properly.
Whole place felt grubby.
