The lounge was overall comfortable and pleasant.
However when we arrived the lady that booked us in was not customer focused at all..Her attitude was "short" to say the least...
Their was not a great selection of food?
The soup was Mushroom, I am allergic to Mushrooms, I asked but no alternative was offered...
Their was fruit cake, no other selection of Cake..
Although rolls where available, if you didnt have the soup there was no alternative for a filling?
