I sat in the quiet part of the lounge hoping to work however two people were talking very loudly and another person was constantly on his mobile phone. Perhaps information could be placed on the tables to remind people that it is a quiet area.
I asked for assistance to get a drink from the brandy optic, which left the optic empty. When I left the lounge at approximately 18.00 the bottle had not been replaced.
Staff were polite and welcoming.
