Staff on desk were not very welcoming. They were very harassed with one in particular coming across very rude and unhelpful. ( the other, Anne came over to apologise later).
Very poor choice of food..stale bread for the soup. Only other choice was minimal cheese and biscuits and a small amount of fruit.
There wasn't anyone on the bar for alcoholic drinks and when customers went to the front desk to ask for service they were made to feel like they were an inconvenience. The smallest amount of alcohol was given.
All in all I would not return here
