On arrival, I was informed that the lounge was closing at 19.30. We were then told to help ourselves, there was no other instruction. The selection of food was poor, with stale scones and no soup. The fridge had no tiger beer left.
It was our first time of using the lounge and my over haul experience was disappointing.
I was gutted as my expectations we high and hoping to get my holiday with my son on his 18th birthday off to a flyer. But unfortunately it was the complete reverse.
