Very long queue at booking in only one person checking all clients in but there are two till.
Very busy few seats
Some of the carbonated drinks seemed to be flat
No hot food just soup
Need to have plug sockets working for charging not having to ask
Liked the idea of putting the wifi codes on the table info
Staff were pleasant
Toilets needed cleaning
